Yes, you can reduce the dose of number 2 if your Calcium is running high, it is important to get your Calcium level double checked, ideally with the ICP in case your test kit is out.
You can also try to run your system at a lower KH as well which will help, try to set it at 7 instead of 8.
You can run either version of Core7 with an ATS no problem.
And yes, diluting the Core7 is fine.
